Our educators are qualified early childhood professionals who are passionate about working with young children. They undergo continuous professional development to stay current with best practices in bilingual early education. Our centre director holds a Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education and oversees all teaching programmes. Each classroom is led by an experienced lead teacher supported by trained co-teachers. With over 13 years of early childhood education experience in Singapore, Ms Wang brings deep expertise to MapleBear Jurong West. Her teaching career includes roles at PCF SPARKLELOTS and My First Skool — two of Singapore's largest government kindergarten operators. She graduated with a Bachelor of Preschool Education from Shaanxi Normal University, one of China's most prestigious teacher-training universities. As Centre Director, Ms Wang oversees all curriculum design, teaching quality, and parent partnerships, ensuring every child receives the highest standard of bilingual early education.
All educators hold relevant early childhood qualifications and are registered with ECDA (Early Childhood Development Agency).
Low teacher-to-child ratios ensure every child receives individualized attention and support for their learning journey. We meet or exceed ECDA's teacher-to-child ratio requirements — from 1:3 for infant care to 1:15 for K2 — with many classes staffed even more favourably than the minimum.

Ms Wang serves as Centre Director. She holds a Bachelor of Preschool Education from Shaanxi Normal University (graduated 2010) and has 13+ years of early childhood experience in Singapore. Her career includes teaching roles at PCF SPARKLELOTS (Singapore's largest government kindergarten operator) and My First Skool (NTUC Enterprise). At MapleBear Jurong West, she oversees curriculum design, teaching quality, staff training (40 hours/year per teacher), and parent partnerships.
All lead teachers hold either a Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education (DECCE) or a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education. 85% of our staff hold degrees (vs. ECDA minimum of 50%). Average teaching tenure: 4.2 years. Annual professional development: 40 hours per teacher. All staff are ECDA-registered and undergo background checks.

The centre operates one 10-seat school bus for eligible western Singapore routes within roughly 30–45 minutes of the school. A school teacher accompanies children. Monthly fees are typically S$100–S$300 depending on the route, subject to schedule and seat availability.
